Peter Popoff Ministries

Last July 9, 2013 in Kansas City, Rev. Peter Popoff, the founding father of Peter Popoff Ministries visited the said city. Peter Popoff was successful in evangelizing the whole participants who attended and joined the meeting to hear the Words of God. In Kansas, Rev, Popoff showed his talent in touching individuals lives through speaking the Word of God especially for people who are lost and hurting. Rev Popoff's ministry began in his mind, long before coming to the United States. In the early days of his ministry, Peter Popoff was forced by God to reach out to Eastern Europe and the underground church that was persecuted by Communism. In fact, both his father and grandfather experienced persecution from the hands of the communists due to their strong faith in Christian religion which they never quit as they immigrated to the U.S. 
 
In 1950, while the rage of the communists were still active, Peter and his family found ways to escape from Berlin to the United States. Young Peter was still haunted by his awful memories of suffering and challenges as a kid. This drove him to answer the call of God. He married Elizabeth in 1971 after he finished college, he then started the Peter Popoff Ministries. In 1976, his preaching spiraled high when he started a radio program and reached out to churches to preach across America. During this time, he also courageously led Bible smuggling operations that penetrated both the Iron Curtain of Eastern Europe and the Bamboo Curtain of China. Sometimes, desperate measures are being utilized by Rev. Popoff to bring the word of God in the hands of the believers in the midst of distressed nations. Peter Popoff even used helium-filled balloons in 1980s as an attempt to carry the Gospel to cities cloaked in darkness. 
 
In order to reach places where Gospels are regarded as unlawful, gospels are placed in packets with watertight coverings. And surprisingly, these great actions have helped a lot of people. According to Peter, there is no such thing as obstructions when it comes to spreading the Word of God. From balloons on air up to watertight containers on the seas, launching teams will continue their mission to bring the Gospel closer to individuals anywhere in the world. Peter Popoff was able to spread the Gospel literature in the world either on purpose or not. His revival meetings were attended by distant yet countless believers who always desired to experience and listen to the true message of God. In case you are unaware, it was in the small town of Odessa, Russia where more or less 30,000 individuals have gathered and witnessed God's miracle-working power. 
 
In 1982, Peter expanded his horizons and started a television program. Currently, the weekly program of Father Popoff is aired in different major TV networks and can be seen in various parts of the world from Europe, Africa, Middle East etc. To spread the faith, healing, deliverance, and hope to hurting individuals is what Peter Popoff Ministries have always longed for. The total number of people from all ages and races which were healed by the words preached by Popoff keeps growing.
